- Room rental (fully furnished with bed, desk, bedside etc)
- The top floor of the house to yourself, which includes a separate TV area and separate bathroom
- Drop off to train and bus station at 7.45am
- All bills (gas, electricity, water)
- Fast internet connection
- Quiet and new rooms

Homestay includes:
- All the above and
- Breakfast and dinner everyday (mostly Asian meals)

Our house is in a lovely, upmarket and secure estate. It is 12 minutes walk to Stirling train and bus station and 9 minutes ride to Perth city. We also provide a drop off to Stirling train station at 7.45am. We are close to major shopping centres, schools, libraries, parks and Edith Cowan University.

We are a young couple who are tidy and easy going people. We are eager to host local or international students in our home. Females or couples preferred. Please call or email us if you would like any further information.
