Famille d'accueil à Lima, chez Casa De Los Bueno

Dear Travelers and future Roomies,

We have 2 rooms available in our Familyhouse! Here some informations about they:

The rooms are about 15qm and furnished. The prices are US$ 300/month/person each room with all expenses included (such as water, gas, electricity, cable, and WIFI). A lady comes 2-3 times a week to clean the house and your room, if you want to (it is also included in the price!)

The house is quite big (3 floors) and completed furnished. It has a living room, a dining-room, a balcony, 2 terraces, a garden with BQ, 2 bathrooms, a lobby, a laudry, a big kitchen. All common areas can be also used by you.

The house is in a very safe and calm area near the German school (Alexander von Humboldt) in Surco -Miraflores. There is plenty of leisure and shopping facilities and good transportation connections (3 minutes walking from main Avenue BENAVIDES).

We are an international family of 3. We speak Spanish; some of us speak English, German and Portuguese. But dont worry, if you want to improve your spanish we would love to help you with it!



We have references from old guests from the USA, Europe and Latin America, if you need them.
