Our homestay live in Renjishanzhuang where is so closed to the famous universities in Haidian district ,which it is located inside The Black Bamboo Park in Beijing(the Royal park ）
1.Introduction of our homestay
Our homestay is the place of Cultural exchange and The Food cultural exchange between Chinese
and Western people. Enjoy Beijing Tradition Culture and Chinese Cooking , Enjoying Chinese Landscape Architecture art ,Overlooking the Beijing city through the every window of homestay.
The community of our homestay has a club with a constant temperature swimming pool, gym
and dance practice hall .

2.Description of our homestay
Our homestay is a apartment in the high-rise building equipped with elevators , total area 180
square meter with one living room ,one dining room, one kitchen ,two bathrooms , three
bedrooms ,located in the Royal park (The Black Bamboo Park ). Our homestay is better than the
business hotel in environment, facilities, sanitary conditions and service etc.(For example :
Disinfecting bathroom and kitchen with ultraviolet lamp everyday).

Homestay fee rate（not including meal )
1. Room with wood bunk bed of single , sharing the bathroom , air-condition (16㎡)
198RMB/per day
2. Room with wood bunk bed of couple, sharing the bathroom ,air-condition view of park(28 ㎡)
248RMB/per day
3. Room with king size bed ,private bathroom , air-condition, view of park(28㎡)
288RMB/ per day
I am Vickie from Beijing .I am a English tour guide, i can arrange your plan when you are visiting in Beijing .I am also a nutritionist, so i am so pleasure cooking the nutrition meal for you .
We have many experiences about the homestay service since 2002.We provide the best service for our guests .We keep the room super clean ,for example disinfecting bathroom by an ultraviolet lamp.
We prefer speaking more mandarin with you as much as we can if you enjoy it .
We can help you to find a part –time job as a teacher, the per-hour wage, of course, depend on which country you are from and your ability .

Requirements of the guest
No smoking, No drinking, No gambling , No going home to late at night , No taking friends home without host’s permission , register personal information in The Police Station . Above age 18 yeas old. Respecting host 's behavior and habit , Having good habit of keeping personal hygiene etc.
We need a 20% deposit of the total fee of your entire length of stay.
If you require pictures, we will be happy to provide more for you.
