Hello there, my name is Neridah. I am a professional singer/songwriter & singing teacher.

My son Nathan & I enjoy having people stay with us from all over the world. We have hosted three students over the last three years. It is fun & educational for us too.

We also have a very friendly Burmese cat named Ellie and a Cockatiel parrot named Elvis.

We keep a very clean & well organised home.

We would love to host a friendly student who is clean & kind natured and who is wanting to learn a bit about our culture.

We want a student that will be more than happy to feel like a part of our family for the duration of their stay - whether it be short or long term.

The city is only 3kms away & the closest bus stop is less than 50 metres from our house (Bus Stop 15a - Corner of Primrose & Arthur Tce).

The train is close by for you to go and see some of the many iconic attractions of Brisbane & the Gold Coast like Dream World, Movie World & Sea World.

Our home is a cute, neat & tidy little ‘workers cottage’ built in the 1930’s. Being an older house, it certainly doesn’t lack character and because of that it has a very cosy feeling to it.

You will have your own private bedroom with a single bed, desk, chair, drawers, hanging space, bedside tables & lamp along with all bed linen & towels.
Sanitary bags are supplied & use of the hairdryer is also available.
You will also have full access to the lounge room, kitchen, bathroom & laundry.

We have wonderful neighbours and the area is very quite & safe.

So whether you want to stay to study, travel or work - our home will provide you the means to do just that!

Two meals (breakfast & dinner) will be provided on week days (Mon-Fri). Weekends are for you to do as you wish for food.
