First thing, be careful of your belongings upon arrival, there are several pickpockets around the city.

Madrid is a lovely and full of culture city to visit with plenty of places to see.

To fulfill your experience in Madrid we offer:

Very central and safe neighbourhood (3 minute away from Metro stops 1,6,7,4)
Very quit and no traffic noise in your room.
A comfortable and big room clean bed for 1, 2 or 3 persons.
Shower and toilet, it's all next to your room. (towels, toilet paper, soap are included).

Metro and City Map as well as top attractions will be listed in your room.

In the north of Madrid.
Wireless Router/ Wi-Fi Connection, for using your Laptop

Supermarket/Night store around the corner( one of the few locations where u can find a 24h open store)
Washing machine, to leave with clean cloth
Equiped kitchen

Good breakfast included cofffe and tee 24 hours

The apartment is near the Complutense University metro station, 6,4,1- 5 minutes walking to Bernabeu, 15 minutes away from Gran Via, Tribunal and really close and accesible to any touristic attraction.

As well you will be given your own key to the house and the room, another advantage being that the room is the nearest to the exit, so you can come and leave whenever you want.

As well I can give you information about what to visit, nice places to eat at, and good clubs/pubs/bars, anything regarding the city.

En el momento que se interesa por mi casa le envio el mapa de metro detallado de como llegar . Peros se puede ubcar con la Av. Bravo Murillo, cerca del metro Estrecho o Alvarado y a pocos metros de la Av Reina Victoria o Guzman elBueno. Buen barrio sin lujos pero bueno. Existe un mercado estupendo el Mercado de las Maravillas.

Bienvenidos a Madrid
Este es un piso muy agradable y cerca de sitios como el Bernabeu, Sol, Gran Via. Universidades UCM, UAM y la biblioteca nacional, asi como el paseo de la Castellana, Plaza de Castilla.
Ideal `para parejas o personas solas.
Es un primer piso con la ventaja de no tener vecinos y en un barrio centrico de Madrid . Los desayunos consisten en frutas, yougurts, leche, cereales , tostadas, mermelada , cafe y te.
En el mes de septiembre tngo una habitacion desde el 1 al 27.
