Folks are begging me to let them share my small penthouse 2 minutes from the beach and centrally located in Barceloneta. It has two lovely, sunny terraces. Sleeping includes a double sizebrand new bed and a quiet living room. You can cook in the kitchen and use the fridge. The bathroom is small but has a new shower. The flat has air conditioning This cute apartment attracts artistic people like myself - I'm a photographer (website hidden) (website hidden)). I should add that on the third floor of the same building a 30 sq.m.flat rents for 100 euros a night without terrace and wifi. the local youth hostel charges 26 euros per person in a dorm of 7 or 9 people. The building has been recently renovated.please note the additional features under house rules i should add that i can accomodate 2 extra friends or children at an extra fee futon type sleeping in another room.

Beaucoup de monde me demande de partager mon petit penthouse a 2 minutes de la plage de la barceloneta il y a 2 terrases ensoleillees le soir lit a 2 places dans salon tres tranquile. vous pouvez utiliser ma cuisine le coin toilette a une nouvelle douche cet endroit attire des gens au profil artistique comme moi meme photographe dans le meme batiment un petit apart se loue pour plus de 100 euros la nuit sans wifi et terasse l auberge de jeunesse du quartier demande 26 euros par personne en dortoir de 7 ou 9 personnes l edifice a ete ravale il y a quelques mois je peux acceuilir 2 personnes extra amis ou enfants dans une autre chambre mais au sol style futon mais avec un paiement supplémentaire.

El alojamiento se encuentra a 2 minutos de la playa, exactamente la playa esta al final de la calle, se puede llegar caminando.
El sector se llama Barceloneta y se encuentra bien conectado con el transporte.
