I'll be away for two to three months and I am looking for a responsible couple or person to look for my apartment while abroad, as of Sept 28 to Dec 26.
Safe apartment on 1st floor in quiet building (doorman 24/7), with PC laptop, washing-machine, TV, fridge, all cooking pans and plates provided.

Located 3 blocks from Av Paulista, between Brigadeiro and Trianon/MASP tube stations.
Taxi stand one block away.
Major bus stops on Av. Paulista.
Supermarket on Av. Brigadeiro, 3 blocks away. Fruit and Veggie market on Tuesdays 2 blocks away.
Next to Vai Vai Samba School and FGV unit.

R$1000 per month, including water. Electricity (50 R$ / month) and phone & intenet access (about 100 R$) to be paid seperately.
Cleaning lady available once a week upon request.
